Cheap rooms.
The worst accommodation in recent years. Lots of individuals in the area, terrible, smelly room after the smoke and after changing the room we got even worse with a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. We had to leave the hotel. In addition, a very unpleasant receptionist.

We were in need of a place to catch a few hours of sleep before continuing our trip to Fresno, CA. Bakersfield Inn & Suites is at very close proximity to the interstate and eateries meeting our on the go needs.

If you're looking at this place, like I was, for a cheap place to stay overnight, this is the place for you. Whole area was fenced in, which was nice considering the area. Oh, and there's a construction crew on-site doing upgrades (never heard them) which bodes well for future travelers.
